QSP#2025-005 Repair of Concrete Parking Lot at 4001 Halsey St.

HACV is seeking bids from qualified and licensed Contractor to enter into a contract with the most responsive and responsible Bidder to repair concrete parking lot.  VHA is unsure if the parking lot is 6" or 8" it will be the contractor's responsibility to determine this prior to submitting a bid.  Repairs must be capable of supporting delivery trucks/trash trucks. This is a high traffic area.  There is the possibility of a broken water line or drain line under this concrete. This repair is part of the bid.   The Contractor will be required to provide supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to repair the concrete parking lot at 4001 Halsey St. Victoria Tx 77901. 

**Area to be repaired will be marked with paint. Contractors encouraged to inspect the marked areas at 4001 Halsey St. But not required. **

Proposals must be submitted in paper format to Victoria Housing Authority at 4001 Halsey St, Victoria, TX 77901 (mailed or delivered in person). No electronic submissions accepted. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. 

 

The Housing Authority of the City of Victoria is updating its procurement system to streamline the process and ensure better communication with its vendors.  The new system will be required by all vendors who wish to submit bids.
