IFB# 2024-008;Griffith Terrace Replacement of 4 Roofs

The Housing Authority of the City of Victoria (HACV) is seeking interested bidders to bid on the replacement of 4 roofs at our Griffith Terrace property.  A bid meeting will be held at HACV located at 4001 Halsey St. Victoria, TX on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, at 9:30AM.  The bid meeting will include specifications, instructions for bidders and bid forms.

Sealed bids should be addressed to HACV and can be mailed to or dropped off at 4001 Halsey St. Victoria, TX 77901.  All sealed bids must be received no later than 4:00PM on January 14th, 2025.  Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.

 

HACV reserves the right to waive an informality and/or reject any or all bids.  All proposals become the property of HACV and will not be returned.

HACV is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace roofs on 4 buildings at the Griffith property owned by The Victoria Housing Authority. The Contractor will provide services as outlined in this Scope of Work. The work includes but is not limited to removal of existing roofing material, repairing damages to decking, roof jacks, flashing, fascia and any other repairs needed on the roofs & edges. Installing new underlayment and Asphalt Shingles.

The Housing Authority of the City of Victoria is updating its procurement system to streamline the process and ensure better communication with its vendors.  The new system will be required by all vendors who wish to submit bids.
