Accessibility-RFP 2024-006 Physical Needs Assessment of HACV Public Housing Units
Housing Authority of the City of Victoria (HACV) will accept competitive sealed proposals for a qualified firm to conduct a Physical Needs Assessment (PNA) for all of its conventional public housing sites. The PNA must be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Section 18 demolition and/or disposition. Additionally, respondents must be familiar with City of Victoria building codes, as well as applicable HUD regulations.
Requirements for submission of a proposal in response to this RFP may be
downloaded from HACV's website www.victoriahousing.org/rfb-2024-006-physical-needs-assessment beginning Monday, May 6, 2024.
Response to this RFP must be submitted to HACV Procurement Department at 4001 Halsey Street, Victoria TX 77901 by 4:00 p.m. C.D.T. on Monday, June 3, 2024 via U.S. Mail or Overnight Delivery. Hand delivery or facsimile transmission will not be accepted.
HACV reserves the right to waive an informality and/or reject any or all bids. All proposals become the property of HACV and will not be returned.
